Job summary

Quantum Behaviour is hiring a Behaviour Support Practitioner to design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants. You will collaborate with clients and carers to conduct assessments and tailor plans that enhance quality of life.

The role emphasizes person-centered supports, with travel to various regions. A relevant qualification and current First Aid are expected, along with CPR and CPD commitments.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, applied behaviour analysis, behavioural science, occupational therapy, counselling, disability or social sciences or similar.
• Australian citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants.
• Conduct PBS needs assessments with clients and support networks.
• Support goals and improve quality of life through individualized plans.
