Job summary

Assignar seeks an experienced BDR to own top-of-funnel conversations with contractors and prospects. This remote role includes regular travel to meet prospects, attend trade shows, and industry events.

You will qualify leads, start conversations, and set up AEs for successful handoffs, all while leveraging Salesforce, Salesloft, and Clay to personalize outreach. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline and contribute to the company’s growth in construction tech.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales development.
• SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Construction or trades experience is a bonus.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Salesloft and Clay.

Responsibilities

• Qualify the right leads using ICP signals.
• Start conversations with cold emails and cold calls to generate replies.
• Nurture warm prospects between meetings with useful follow-ups.
• Follow up webinar attendees from our events to move them into pipeline.
• Set up handoffs to AEs with full context for a winning opportunity.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to meet contractors in person.
• Collaborate with Marketing to share what lands in the weekly BDR sync.
