Resources Group seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across market research, insights and healthcare within Australia and APAC. This hunter role offers autonomy to build your own territory, backed by marketing and delivery teams, with a strong commission structure.

You will win new business from agencies, consultancies and end clients, reactivate dormant accounts, and tailor solutions spanning panels, data collection and fieldwork services.

Qualifications

• Experience driving new business in market research and insights.
• Proven track record in building relationships with agencies, consultancies and clients.
• Ability to reactivate dormant accounts and generate opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Win new business across market research, insights and healthcare.
• Build relationships with research agencies, consultancies and end clients.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover new opportunities.
• Consult with clients to understand research needs and tailor solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
• Work closely with project management and operations to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Represent the business at industry events and expand your professional network.
• Manage your sales pipeline and forecasts through HubSpot CRM.
