Job summary

Citadel Edge Pty Ltd is seeking two Service Technicians to deliver high-quality onsite concierge and remote technical assistance across AV, VC, hardware, software, and customer support environments. You will troubleshoot complex issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure excellent client experiences.

Ideal candidates have proven AV/VC installation and support experience, plus familiarity with CRM (Dynamics) and Jira ticketing.

Qualifications

Defence Security Clearance required (minimum Baseline).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA).
Deep understanding of AV/VC systems (AMX, Crestron, Cisco, Polycom, Q-Sys).
Experience in audio DSP setup and configuration.
AV/VC installation and support experience.

Responsibilities

Provide timely responses to customer queries via email, phone, or ticketing system (JIRA).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to AV/VC products.
Collaborate with development/engineering teams to escalate critical issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and incidents for knowledge base and future reference.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM (Dynamics) / JIRA.
