Job summary

Impel is scaling its AI-powered automotive lifecycle platform across Australia and the APAC region. We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager based in Australia who thrives in the field, builds relationships that move markets, and closes deals that matter.

You will own new business growth, engage with C‑suite leaders, and lead full-cycle sales in a fast-growing, hyper-growth environment with significant travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management in automotive.
• Experience with OEMs, suppliers, and dealerships is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• SaaS/B2B consultative sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong automotive market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• New Business Growth: Drive expansion across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, dealer groups, and marketplaces.
