ClarityNT is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead the Audit & Assurance division. This remote-friendly role focuses on external audits of associations and schools, with travel as needed across Australia. You will mentor the audit team and shape internal processes to support growth.

The successful candidate will have CA/CPA/IPA credentials (or progress) and strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards, offering leadership in a newly created role within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Commerce or related discipline.
• CA/CPA/IPA qualified (or working towards).
• Proven audit management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage external audits for associations and schools.
• Present audit findings to Boards and management.
• Oversee audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Establish and improve internal audit procedures and templates.
• Lead, train and mentor audit team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure statutory compliance.
