HLB Mann Judd in Sydney’s Barangaroo office is seeking an Audit Manager to join our Assurance Division. With a team of over 80 auditors, you will deliver diverse assurance engagements, manage planning through completion, and drive high-quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in audit/assurance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience completing financial statement audits from planning to completion.
• Experience in Big 4 or mid-tier firms.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage priorities and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assurance engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
• Project manage engagements from planning through to completion.
• Lead, coach and develop junior staff to build capability.
• Manage engagement economics, including budgets and resourcing.
• Apply risk awareness and professional judgement to complex audits.
• Leverage technology to enhance audit delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities.
