Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end payroll and HR platform implementations across Australia. You will guide customers through requirements gathering, configuration, and compliance with local legislation.

You will train clients, manage multiple deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Australian Payroll legislation and payroll processing.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or Payroll implementations (desirable).
• Exposure to other HR or payroll software and system configurations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: manage HR and Payroll platform rollout for clients.
• Consultancy and Training: deliver training and best practice guidance for HR and Payroll modules.
• System Configuration: gather requirements and configure HR/payroll systems to meet legislation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with SMEs, project coordinators, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Root Cause Analysis: analyze issues and recommend improvements to optimize functionality.
• Customer Relationship Management: build strong client relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Legislative Compliance: educate clients on HR/payroll laws and help configuration accordingly.
• Process Improvement: continually review and enhance implementation processes.
