Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Payroll Customer Care Consultant – Remote (Australia) to support customers after go-live, guiding updates and troubleshooting across the Employment Hero platform.

You will handle tickets via email, chat, and phone, working across teams to maximise customer outcomes. This remote role embraces AI-enabled workflows and a strong focus on accurate payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian payroll or financial services.
• Experience in SaaS customer care environment.
• Experience setting up or administering payroll/HR systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot) in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for the Employment Hero platform.
• Resolve customer tickets via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with customers to map workflows and optimise people processes.
• Triage issues and escalate to the product team when needed.
• Utilise Zendesk/Salesforce for ticket tracking and SLAs.
