Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical analysis and provide specialised advice on energy systems, technical standards, implementation options and operational impacts.
• Translate policy, program or operational intent and technical requirements into clear implementation options and process maps.
• Assess feasibility, risks and impacts, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Prepare briefing material, technical reports, presentations and advice with clear assumptions and options.
• Coordinate review and resolution of complex technical, policy or program issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and coach others to improve technical reasoning, documentation quality and consistent standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships for complex matters, explaining technical concepts clearly and navigating contested views.
• Drive continuous improvement of technical guidance, templates and systems for readiness and delivery.
