Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role.
• Comfortable communicating with new prospects via phone, email or chat.
• Results-driven with a proactive work ethic and target focus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team to take over.
• Build trust with prospects by understanding needs and presenting relevant solutions.
• Maintain and update outreach activity and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure alignment with the team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from outreach to closing.
