Brisbane Get Connects Pty is hiring experienced Telemarketers and Appointment Setters for a 100% remote role. Earn $35 per hour plus bonuses, with flexible to either casual, part-time or full-time arrangements.

You will handle outbound calls, qualify leads in real estate, mortgage broking and B2B spaces, and book high‑quality appointments to drive growth. We value mature, experienced callers with KPI-driven performance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high‑volume cold calling and appointment setting experience.
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs.
• Real estate sales or mortgage broking experience is a bonus.
• Professional, resilient and confident communicator.
