Job summary

Get Connects Pty is hiring experienced telemarketers and appointment setters for a remote role in Australia. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments that contribute to business growth for clients in real estate, mortgage broking and B2B sectors.

The role offers $35 per hour plus bonuses, with flexible options for casual, part-time or full-time work and 100% remote operation from home. A supportive team and wellbeing resources are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in high-volume cold calling and appointment setting.
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs.

Are you a proven telemarketer who thrives on the phone and knows how to secure appointments? Get Connects is growing, and we’re looking for mature, experienced callers to join our team.

You’ll be representing clients in real estate, mortgage broking and B2B industries, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking quality appointments that drive business growth.

What we’re looking for:
