Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our APJ Field Sales team in a remote capacity based in Perth.

You will own the full sales cycle, drive new opportunities, and grow strategic customer relationships with a focus on AI-driven security solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams to develop territory plans, engage executives, and leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and their impact on outcomes.
• 8+ years of Sales and Account Management experience.
• Enterprise experience with the Mining vertical.
• Established, high-trust customer relationships in the region.
• Experience in leading software or consulting organisations.
• Self-starter with a track record of introducing disruptive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Understand and resolve customer pain points using Zscaler's value proposition.
• Develop and execute Enterprise territory and account plans with executive coverage.
• Partner with Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams to support customers.
• Foster long-term relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Build pipeline within existing accounts and new logos, maintaining Salesforce records.
