Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to own the APAC enterprise API integration journey. You will guide customers from implementation and onboarding through launch, troubleshoot, and optimize, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Account Management.

This fully remote, regional role emphasizes scalable processes, hands-on problem solving, and clear communication to engineers and customer stakeholders across multiple enterprise ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern software products.
• Experience owning or supporting enterprise customer relationships.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customers through technical discovery, API implementation, integration, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and determine whether issues relate to product functionality, integration, configuration, documentation, or customer understanding.
• Own technical customer relationships and ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout implementation and ongoing support.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to investigate technical issues and influence product improvements.
• Gather recurring customer pain points and translate them into clear, actionable feedback for internal teams.
• Help establish repeatable processes for technical onboarding, integration support, troubleshooting, and customer communication.
• Support customers in scaling their integrations while maintaining strong technical relationships and service quality.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, product managers, account managers, and customer stakeholders.
• Exercise sound judgment around troubleshooting, escalation, customer expectations, and when issues should be incorporated into the product roadmap.
• Help shape the APAC technical integration function, building processes and structure while remaining hands-on with customer and technical work.
