Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support / Integrations Manager in Australia for a 6-month contract. You will bridge customers, tech teams, and hotel partners to resolve API and integration challenges, while enabling smooth onboarding and launches.

You will document common issues, support first-level resolutions, and uphold high integration quality across global partners. Strong English, analytics, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrations, technical support or a similar role in hotel tech or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with PMS or Channel Managers and hospitality metrics.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON and OTA XML, plus logs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between technical teams and customers, resolving integration and API issues.
• Manage relationships with hotel tech partners during onboarding, pilots and launches.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and ensure issues progress through internal and external teams.
• Provide professional, customer-focused technical support with urgency for time-sensitive issues.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and troubleshooting.
