Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group Australia seeks a Service Product Lead to run and evolve its Integration & API Services capability. You will focus on operational health, working with integration teams, GCC, Service Desk and partners to deliver reliable, scalable integration outcomes.

Role blends service operations, solution delivery and continuous improvement; it isn’t a hands-on development role, but you’ll stay close to technology and lead complex integration challenges with confidence and

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with integration platforms
• Experience in Agile methodologies and ITIL framework
• Strong enterprise integration experience
• Deep understanding of APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures
• Experience operating and improving integration services in production environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support the operational health, reliability and supportability of the integration service
• Collaborate with support and delivery teams to manage incidents, requests, problem management and service improvements
• Partner with Solution Architects and project teams to ensure solutions align with integration best practices and are fit for production
• Promote integration standards, governance, reusable patterns and operational excellence
• Provide guidance across internal teams, GCC and managed service partners
• Drive continuous improvement in how integration services are delivered and operated
