The role is remote within Australia & New Zealand and partners with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to drive regional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in software or technology sales, pre‑sales, or consulting.
• Strong background in solution architecture with ability to translate technical depth into business value.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling architecture practices in growing businesses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a distributed team of Solutions Architects across ANZ and set clear direction for high‑quality execution.
• Partner on strategic opportunities, build executive relationships, and coach your team through complex sales cycles.
• Define regional strategy for evaluations, workshops, demos, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Collaborate across global SA, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, and Product Management to align priorities.
• Maintain dotted‑line relationships with Channel Architects and SMEs to drive alignment on goals.
• Ensure workload planning, resource allocation, headcount forecasting, and field execution are well governed.
• Define and track KPIs and communicate progress, risks, and priorities to team and leadership.
• Hire and retain top talent, build scalable regional organization for future growth.
