Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive AI‑powered DevSecOps platform engagements across strategic accounts. You’ll translate business needs into scalable architectures, lead pre‑sales activities, and shape AI‑led solution designs that deliver real value.

Based in Australia or Singapore, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor others while contributing to GitLab’s global Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• AI SME with a focus on Platforms
• Experience in technical pre-sales, software consulting, or similar roles
• CI/CD, DevSecOps practices
• Cloud computing concepts and architectures
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, demos, and end-to-end evaluations (POC/POV).
• Own the technical strategy and influence Customer Success Plans for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to shape account strategies.
• Provide advanced technical guidance during the pre-sales cycle.
• Create and share reusable technical assets such as reference architectures and guides.
• Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to Center of Excellence initiatives.
