Job summary

Puffy, a nine-figure D2C brand, is hiring a CRO Content Manager, AI-First to own its brand narrative and conversion content strategy across brand voice, PDP and landing-page copy, AI content workflows, and copywriter development. You will report to the VP – Digital Experience & Conversion and work with CRO and Design to turn content hypotheses into testable work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive content strategy and marketing experience, incl. 2+ years leading content teams.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into high-converting messaging.
• Proven ability to build repeatable content systems with evidence-based results.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own brand voice and conversion copy across PDPs and landing pages.
• Build and operate AI workflows to improve content quality, speed, and commercial impact.
• Lead CRO-focused content experimentation with evidence-backed hypotheses.
• Coach and develop the CRO Copywriter to deliver independently.
