Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Conversion (CRO) Designer to join our Website CRO team and report to the CRO Manager. You will shape the experimentation lifecycle across our website, converting insights and hypotheses into clear, high-converting design variants to drive growth and optimise the candidate/customer funnel.

Your work includes rapid AI-assisted prototyping with Claude, evolving our design system for scalable patterns, and collaborating with developers, product marketing, SEO, paid

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years designing for the web with live websites or landing pages in your portfolio.
• AI-first toolkit with Claude experience preferred.
• Strong conversion instincts and experimentation experience (A/B test variants, CRO team collaboration).
• Systems and product thinking to design scalable, reusable patterns.
• Built-in responsive and accessible design principles (mobile-first, WCAG basics, HTML/CSS).
• High velocity without compromising craft, turning around solid variants in 1–2 days.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-velocity A/B testing across homepage, landing pages, forms, and AI experiences.
• Prototype rapidly with Claude to produce clickable prototypes or working HTML.
• Evolve design system and kits for scalable, reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with developers, product marketing, SEO, paid media and web teams on visual rationale.
