Job summary

Puffy is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta with full authority over systems, measurement, and creative testing. This remote, global role reports to the CEO and focuses on maximizing contribution margin through capital allocation and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with sustained ownership of $1M+/month on both Google and Meta.
• Ownership means authority over strategy, structure, and budget, not just execution.
• Experience building or redesigning a performance marketing function at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta with full authority over systems and measurement.
• Design capital allocation, pause/hold/scale logic, and budget guardrails.
• Architect the creative engine as a system including concept pipeline, testing taxonomy, briefs, hook analytics, UGC, and whitelisting.
• Pilot new paid channels beyond Google and Meta and structure the performance function.
