Job summary

Levande is seeking a Content Manager to lead our content strategy across digital, campaign and brand channels. You’ll shape storytelling, combine editorial excellence with digital know-how and play a leading role in how AI is used to create content and improve discovery.

You’ll drive content planning, creation and optimisation, ensure brand consistency and contribute to AI-driven search and content discovery initiatives while collaborating with the Marketing team across Sydney offices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in content strategy, editorial, digital content, publishing or content marketing.
• Experience with AI in content creation or optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and optimise content across web, social and campaigns.
• Repurpose content for AI-powered discovery and traditional search.
• Lead practical AI adoption: tools, prompts, and workflows.
• Manage website content: publishing, governance, CMS.
• Use audience insights to boost engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate creative partners and ensure brand consistency.
