Employment Hero is seeking a Conversion (CRO) Designer to shape the experimentation lifecycle across our website and AI experiences, turning insights into high-converting design variants that optimise the candidate and customer funnels.

You will collaborate with CRO analysts and cross-functional teams, prototype rapidly with Claude, and contribute to scalable design systems while maintaining on-brand craft and accessibility across desktop and mobile.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years designing for the web with live websites or landing pages.
• AI-first toolkit usage for research, prototyping, code editing, and self-critique.
• Strong conversion instincts and experimentation experience.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS; accessible design and mobile-first layouts.
• Ability to design scalable, reusable patterns within a design system.

Responsabilidades

• Turn analytics, research, and hypotheses into conversion-focused test variants across layouts, CTAs, forms, pricing tables, and AI surfaces.
• Utilise Claude and AI workflows to rapidly from brief to clickable prototype or working HTML.
• Explore ideas in Figma within the design system, using auto-layout and components.
• Identify gaps in the design kit and contribute reusable, documented components.
• Design full landing pages and templates when experimentation is not the right tool.
• Collaborate with CRO analysts to review test results and document insights.
