Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Conversion (CRO) Designer to shape our experimentation lifecycle across the website. You will translate insights and hypotheses into high-converting design variants to grow conversions for candidates and customers, working within a remote-first, AI-forward product environment.

You will leverage an AI-first workflow, develop scalable web patterns, and collaborate with developers and marketing to ensure on-brand, accessible experiences across desktop and mobile.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years designing for the web (UI/web/digital) with live websites/landing pages in portfolio.
• AI-first toolkit usage for research, prototyping, and code editing (Claude experience preferred).
• Strong conversion instincts and experimentation experience (A/B tests, CRO team collaboration).
• Systems thinking to design scalable, reusable patterns across journeys.
• Responsive and accessible design (mobile-first, WCAG basics, HTML/CSS).
• High velocity with final polish when needed; evidence-based design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-velocity A/B testing variants across homepage, landing pages, forms, and AI experiences.
• Prototype rapidly with Claude AI workflows, turning briefs into clickable prototypes or HTML.
• Extend and evolve design system components for scalable patterns.
• Collaborate with developers, product marketing, SEO, paid media, and web teams.
