UpGuard is seeking an AI & Automation Analyst to drive process discovery, design AI-enabled workflows, and build the team’s operating brain. You will work with engineers on complex builds while delivering simple, high-impact automations that reshape how teams work with AI from day one.

You will map current processes, extract requirements, and ship Skills, connectors or automations that improve efficiency, with a clear path to production and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• AI fluency demonstrated in daily work with AI tools
• Ability to map and redesign business processes for AI
• Strong communication to translate business needs into specs

Responsibilities

• Run process discovery with lead analyst and map as-is and to-be work
• Build and own the A2 harness with clear day-one guidance
• Redesign how work gets done, selecting AI tools to enforce new ways of working
• Execute and spec projects needing production-grade engineering
• Estimate business impact and prioritize workflows for wider rollout
