Job summary

Exclaim IT is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed AI directly into real estate business units. You’ll run discovery, design and deliver AI solutions end-to-end, working closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into production systems.

You’ll own projects from first conversation to deployment, using a Claude-native AI stack, and you’ll train teams to adopt the new tools. A startup/consulting background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building production AI systems (LLM apps, agentic workflows, RAG or document processing) with real users and maintenance.
• Strong in Python, comfortable on AWS, security minded from working with sensitive data.
• Startup/scale-up/consulting/agency background a big plus; MCP tools or agent skills, voice AI, or React frontend experience valued.
• No degree needed; practical built work matters more than papers.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery inside the business to map how work gets done and where AI can remove manual effort, risk or delay.
• Design, build and ship production AI systems such as agentic workflows, document processing and conversational assistants.
• Integrate with existing tools, ensure security, and measure results honestly.
• Train the teams to use the solutions and drive adoption as part of the project lifecycle.
