Aktrapid Allocations is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative (After Hours) to support our Recruitment and Allocations team in a fully remote capacity. You will handle calls and emails, allocate candidates to shifts, fill urgent vacancies, and maintain accurate system records.

Strong English communication, organisational skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure are essential. This role offers after-hours shifts with potential progression to a full-time position based

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in administration, operations support, customer support, or similar roles.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with systems, databases, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls and emails from candidates and clients in a professional manner.
• Allocate candidates to shifts based on client requirements and availability.
• Fill vacant shifts by contacting available candidates.
• Create placements and update client and candidate records in internal systems.
• Complete candidate confirmations for client rosters.
• Ensure the database is accurate and consistently up to date.
• Assist recruiters with reference checks and document follow-ups.
• Complete tasks and email requirements in a timely and organised manner.
• Provide overall operational support to the Recruitment and Allocations team.
