Job summary

Expert360 is seeking a hands-on Affiliate & Partnerships lead to own and grow our affiliate programme across Australia and New Zealand.

You will recruit, onboard and activate high-value affiliate partners, build relationships with publishers and loyalty partners, and develop a 12-month growth strategy while expanding into international markets. This role offers a flexible contract or consulting engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing an Impact.com programme.
• Strong affiliate and partner recruitment expertise.
• Experience in DTC or ecommerce affiliate programmes.
• Proven ability to negotiate placements and improve channel profitability.
• Commercial judgement with data and autonomous work style.
• Established relationships with Australian publishers, loyalty platforms and affiliate partners would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the affiliate programme directly within Impact.com.
• Recruit, onboard and activate high-value affiliate partners.
• Build direct relationships with publishers, cashback platforms, loyalty and rewards partners, Card Linked Offer providers, content publishers, creators, search partners and referral partners.
• Develop a 12-month affiliate and partnerships growth strategy.
• Identify gaps in the partner mix and reduce reliance on individual publishers.
• Negotiate commission structures, tenancy, paid placements, incentives and promotional activity.
• Coordinate campaigns around launches, promotional periods and key retail events.
• Manage links, tracking, product feeds, creative assets, partner codes and attribution.
• Monitor voucher leakage, unauthorised code sharing, missing conversions and tracking discrepancies.
• Support expansion into New Zealand and other international markets.
