Job summary

Lookout is seeking a Growth Marketer to build a high-velocity marketing engine that feeds the sales team with qualified pipeline. This remote-first role partners with Head of Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer teams to run ABM programs, create compelling thought leadership, and automate nurture journeys.

You’ll own HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and data enrichment, while expanding LinkedIn and content channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including growth, demand generation or ABM roles.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience and ability to build campaigns and reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and run ABM programs targeting priority in-home care providers.
• Design territory-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid channels and events.
• Develop target account lists and marketing-to-sales hand-off processes.
• Track engagement, pipeline contribution and campaign effectiveness; optimise results.
• Lead the production of whitepapers, research reports and gated assets to generate inbound demand.
