Job summary
BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Remediation Analytics & Governance to lead the Data Analytics team shaping enterprise customer remediation, product governance and quality insights. You will deliver dashboards, risk indicators and actionable insights to support informed decision-making at the highest levels.
You will strengthen the Customer Remediation Policy, standards and governance framework across the bank, partnering with Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and business units
Qualifications
- Experience leading data analytics in banking/financial services.
- Knowledge of RG277 and RG274, 3 Lines of Defence framework.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical frameworks.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Analytics team supporting customer remediation, product governance and quality.
- Deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, customer insights, trend analysis and early warning indicators.
- Strengthen Customer Remediation Policy, standards and governance framework.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and the business units.
- Provide governance support for sustainable compliance and customer outcomes.
