Job summary

Core Talent is partnering with a well-established remedial contractor with a strong reputation across the Sydney market. They’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to lead remedial projects from pre-construction through to handover, taking ownership of programmes, budgets, subcontractor management and client relationships to ensure delivery safely and on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Remedial construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong technical understanding of building methodologies.
• Confident managing budgets, variations and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage remedial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets and cost control.
• Manage client communication and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance across all stages of the project.
