Job summary

Remedial Construction in Mascot, NSW is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex remedial construction projects across Sydney. You will manage budgets, programmes, procurement and stakeholder coordination.

The role provides exposure to structural strengthening, waterproofing, facade remediation, concrete repair and cladding works, with senior leadership responsibility and autonomy on high-value projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Australian construction experience in remedial projects.
• Experience with structural strengthening, waterproofing, remediation, concrete repair or cladding.
• Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex remedial construction projects.
• Manage budgets, programmes, procurement and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, engineers, clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee strengthening, waterproofing, remediation, concrete repair and cladding.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
