Komatsu Australia is seeking an experienced engine rebuilder to join our REMAN workshop in Welshpool. You’ll be a precision-focused technician with hands-on expertise in heavy diesel engines and transmissions, committed to delivering high-quality results.

In this role you’ll work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with overtime opportunities, and have the chance to grow your career while using Cummins Insite, DynPro and related systems in a safety‑conscious team environment.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate – Heavy Diesel or relevant.
• Experience in heavy machinery engine and transmission rebuilds.
• Experience with component test equipment – Taylor DynPro.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• IT systems experience with Cummins Insite, DynPro, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• High regard for safety and ability to work in a team environment.

Roster

Monday to Friday (38 hours per week, with overtime opportunities)

Potential Annual Earnings:

Up to $128,000/yr + super (based on 50 hours per week)

What we are looking for:

• Trade certificate – Heavy Diesel or relevant
• Experience in heavy machinery engine and transmission rebuilds
• Experienced in the use of component test equipment - specifically Taylor DynPro. Good fault finding and diagnostic skills
• IT systems experience with a focus on Cummins Insite, DynPro, and Microsoft Dynamics
• A high regard for safety
• Ability to work within a team environment
