Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) seeks an experienced Service Administrator to join the Remanufacturing department at the Forrestdale branch. Reporting to the Remanufacturing Manager, you will support timely, accurate administrative processes that underpin service delivery.

You will handle production orders, open/close jobs, manage WIP, payroll summaries, purchase orders in Dynamics, audits, and maintain compliance documentation, with a proactive, customer‑focused approach and

Qualifications

• Experience in a service administration or business administration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production orders and ensure timely closure to support accurate Reman invoicing.
• Open and close jobs, maintain WIP control, and update WIP status records.
• Process service timesheets and compile payroll summaries.
• Process purchase orders and invoices in Dynamics with high accuracy.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Coordinate site inductions, training records, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Administer internal/external mail, phone enquiries, filing, and general office tasks.
