You will lead reman component coordination, enable seamless workflows with workshop and logistics teams, ensure compliance to Caterpillar standards, and resolve issues quickly.

• Experience in parts, service coordination, logistics, or a similar role (reman or heavy equipment industry highly regarded).
• Mechanically minded with solid mechanical knowledge.
• Detail-driven problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Team player under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Reman Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton to play a vital role in managing Caterpillar remanufactured components. In this position, you'll ensure efficient turnaround times, maintain accurate tracking, and foster strong communication between internal teams, suppliers, and customers. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role, offering stability and the chance to make a real impact.
