Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Reman Coordinator to drive Caterpillar remanufactured components and ensure fast, reliable turnaround times. You will coordinate reman components, track and receipting, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with workshop, parts, service and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a permanent, Monday–Friday role that offers stability and the opportunity to contribute to a leading Caterpillar

• Industry experience in parts, service coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
• Mechanical knowledge to support technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reman components, including ordering, returns, tracking and receipting.
• Enable seamless workflow by liaising with workshop, parts, service and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance by monitoring core returns and updating records to Caterpillar standards.
• Resolve issues quickly by investigating discrepancies related to reman components and cores.
• Provide essential administrative and operational support to reman and service teams.
• Champion safety and quality by following company procedures and upholding high standards.

We’re seeking an experienced Reman Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton to play a vital role in managing Caterpillar remanufactured components. In this position, you’ll ensure efficient turnaround times, maintain accurate tracking, and foster strong communication between internal teams, suppliers, and customers. • Support the team – provide essential administrative and operational assistance to reman and service teams.
