Hastings Deering is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support its Brisbane Service team. This permanent, Monday–Friday role focuses on delivering high-quality service, monitoring job quality and efficiency, and ensuring accurate documentation and labour hour encoding.

The role involves coordinating with Field Service Foremen and Fitters, managing SIP/WIP, and forecasting invoicing. A strong customer focus and safety mindset are essential.

We're looking for experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane to support our Service team. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you'll be doing

As a Service Coordinator, you will:

• Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints
• Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency
• Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests
• Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX as required
• Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis
• Responsible to be active with the Caterpillar Production Systems Service Operation Development and Assessment (SODA)
• Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations
• Collaborate and work closely with the Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters.
