Job summary

St Francis of Assisi Primary School is seeking a Religious Education Coordinator to lead high-quality RE, build staff capability and strengthen the school’s Catholic identity. Working with the Principal and Leadership Team, you will foster a Christ-centred community where faith, learning and wellbeing flourish.

The role requires practising Catholic commitment, alignment with archdiocesan policies, and involvement in faith formation and professional learning with parish partnerships.

Qualifications

• Teaching degree required or equivalent (ACT context).
• WWVP registration (Working with Vulnerable People).
• TQI registration (Teacher Quality Institute).
• Practising Catholic, connected to a parish or worshipping community.
• Provide a reference from a current Parish Priest.
• Accreditation E as per CACGEL policy.
