Job summary

St Mary’s War Memorial Primary School in West Wyalong seeks a Religious Education Coordinator to lead spiritual and ethical formation within the school community. You will oversee a curriculum that explores faith traditions while encouraging critical thinking about values, purpose and moral responsibility.

Through guiding liturgies, social justice initiatives and faith-based programs, you will help shape a school culture where students live with compassion, respect and integrity.

Qualifications

• Be a practising Catholic and aligned with school values.

• Accreditation E in Catholic Education.

Salary Range

$83,872 to $141,422 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role

As a Religious Education Coordinator, you are entrusted with leading the spiritual and ethical formation of the school community. Through guiding liturgies, social justice initiatives, and faith-based programs, you help shape a school culture where students are empowered to live with compassion, respect, and integrity.

An Applicant Must

• Be a practicing Catholic;


• Provide a reference from a current Parish Priest; and


• Have completed or be due to complete Accreditation E in accordance with the Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Catholic Education, Canberra and Goulburn Policy.
