Job summary

iVEGA GROUP PTY LTD is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train execution across multiple teams in Brisbane. You will facilitate PI Planning, coordinate delivery, manage dependencies and drive continuous improvement to ensure aligned products and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, programme management or Scrum leadership roles.
• 3+ years of experience as an RTE, Lead Scrum Master or similar role in a scaled Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile Framework.
• Experience leading large, complex programmes involving multiple Agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Proven experience managing RAID, dependencies and delivery governance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, influencing and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt events.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and workstreams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues and escalations.
• Track and report programme progress, objectives and delivery metrics.
• Support release planning and delivery governance.
• Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment.
• Remove impediments and improve flow across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Promote Lean-Agile, DevOps and value-driven delivery practices.
