Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an Equity Research Analyst for Real Estate Investment Trusts in Australia. You will develop detailed financial models, analyze company statements and market data, and produce high-quality research for institutional investors.

The role offers growth within a collaborative Equities Research team and exposure to diverse property subsectors. You will work closely with senior analysts and engage with clients, delivering timely insights while upholding independence and

Qualifications

Experience in equity research, investment banking, funds management or related analytical roles.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and valuation capabilities.
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear investment insights.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain and enhance financial, earnings and valuation models for Australian REITs.
Analyse company statements, results, announcements, property portfolios and operating metrics.
Draft research, commentary, sector updates and thematic publications for institutional clients.
Collaborate with Research, Sales and Trading to deliver timely market insights.
