Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment management and/or advisory
• Strong technical and numerical skills in financial modelling and valuation
• Proactive, resilient and driven with a commercial mindset and eagerness to learn
• Collaborative team player with a flexible approach to regional initiatives

Aufgaben

• Asset management of portfolio companies and real estate assets.
• Lead quarterly reporting across investments and half-yearly asset performance review, refinancings and liquidity evaluation.
• Source, evaluate and execute new investment opportunities; assist in screening, assessing and negotiating transactions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and develop financial models to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare investment papers for investment committee approval and support decisions in line with fund strategies.
