Qualifications

• University degree (finance, accounting major preferable).
• More than 1 year of relevant work experience – preferably REITs / Real Estate subsector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative skills.
• Excellent financial modeling and numerical skills.
• Ability to work/conduct independently with limited supervision.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to single stock research analyst.
• Building, maintaining, and updating forecast and valuation models.
• Analyzing market share, macro trends, and cross-company data.
• Writing research notes on companies under coverage.
• Working on company/sector-specific projects.
• Conducting statistical analysis of economic data and correlations.
• Updating monthly reports and marketing presentations.
• Collaborating with Content Management Group for timely publication of research reports.
• Responding to ad hoc requests from clients, sales, and traders.
