Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored rehabilitation plans for clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Document and report on client progress to ensure the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs.
• Opportunities to complete pre-employment health assessments, manual handling training and functional assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously improve rehabilitation processes.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the rehabilitation services offered by Actevate Pty Ltd.
