• Strong clinical assessment and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored rehabilitation plans for clients.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate dynamic and experienced allied health professional to join our well-established team as a Rehabilitation Consultant for Actevate Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery and rehabilitation. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from our modern office or to take advantage of our remote work options.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored rehabilitation plans for clients.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services
• Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Documenting and reporting on client progress to ensure the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs
• Depending on your allied health background, there are opportunities to complete pre-employment health assessments, manual handling training and functional assessments.
