Job summary

Rehab Management, part of Arriba Group, is hiring a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers in Alice Springs, NT. This permanent, full-time role combines work-from-home with onsite visits, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

You will coordinate with health professionals, employers and insurers, conduct assessments, and prepare clinical recommendations and reports, visiting workplaces to plan graded returns-to-work.

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification in allied health or related field.
• Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
• Have full Australian working rights and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Experience with complex psychological injuries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Skills & experience

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Registered Nursing OR Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work.
• Hold registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
