Job summary

Arriba Group’s Rehab Management unit is hiring a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journey from a Melbourne-based office. This permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a salary based on experience plus superannuation.

You will collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery, conduct assessments, and develop graduated return-to-work plans.

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology.
• Hold registration with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA.
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced.

Employment type: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working
Salary: Based on experience + superannuation
