Job summary

Rehab Management is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Alice Springs, NT to support injured workers toward safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. The role includes WFH options with onsite visits, permanent full-time employment, and a compensation package based on experience plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Hold registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Employment type: Permanent, full time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Work arrangement: Work from home, in person onsite visits

Salary: Based on experience + superannuation
