Job summary

Rehab Management is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers in Albury, NSW. This permanent full-time role combines work-from-home and onsite visits, with standard hours on weekdays and salary based on experience plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Registered Nursing OR Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work.
• Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW is required.
• Must have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention and workplace wellbeing.

Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Albury, Regional NSW.
Employment type: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
Work arrangement: Work from home, in person onsite visits
Salary: Based on experience + superannuation
